As a dedicated and driven individual currently pursuing my studies at IIM Amritsar, I am passionate about blending academic knowledge with practical experience to create meaningful impacts in the business world. Prior to my studies at IIM Amritsar, I had the opportunity to intern as an HR Admin at Bandhutva, a weekly newspaper. During this internship, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of human resource management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. This experience honed my organizational skills and reinforced my ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. In addition to my internship, I have also had the privilege of working as a Manager at Mahima Makeovers, my family business. This role was instrumental in developing my leadership and management skills. I oversaw daily operations, managed client relationships, and spearheaded initiatives to enhance service delivery. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. I am excited to leverage my academic pursuits and professional experiences to contribute to innovative and impactful projects.
