I played a key role in developing ZeroChaos, a real estate software company under Agarwal Estates. The project started with managing rental agreements through physical printouts, which then evolved into using digital signatures on online copies. Ultimately, this process led to the creation of ZeroChaos, an online platform where lessors and lessees can enter their details into a form that automatically generates an online agreement. This platform allows users to collaborate, make changes, and sign the agreement digitally. My responsibilities included contributing to designing flowcharts to map out processes, coordinating requirements with the development team, testing and providing continuous feedback for improvements, communicating with industry leaders to integrate best practices, collaborating with UI/UX teams to refine the app, determining the right business and revenue models, identifying target customers, and preparing for user testing to gather real-world feedback.Key Skills Developed- Agile Project Management: Successfully managed the project using agile methodologies, ensuring testing, continuous feedback and iterative development- Effective Communication: Improved my ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including industry experts and team members, ensuring smooth project execution- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostered a collaborative environment with UI/UX and development teams, leading to a more cohesive and user-friendly product- User Experience Design: Developed a strong understanding of user-centric design principles, contributing to a more intuitive and effective user interface.By launching ZeroChaos, I demonstrated my ability to drive software projects from inception to completion, effectively meeting the needs of the real estate market.
