An architect driven by a passion for sustainable design, Pragnya brings a thoughtful, community-centric approach to creating environmentally conscious spaces. She is a proud advocate of Feminism in Architecture and the More-than-human design perspective, grounding her work in inclusivity and ecological responsibility.With a Master of Architecture from the Manchester School of Architecture (MSA), she has developed expertise in retrofitting grade-listed buildings, applying Passivhaus principles aligned with the UK’s 2050 sustainability goals that has gained her recognition on various platforms. Her academic and practical experience reflect a strong commitment to smart living solutions and climate-responsive design. Her fabric-first retrofit model, featured in Revalu’s Material Platform of Tomorrow, reflects her enthusiasm for material experimentation, adaptive reuse, and decarbonisation in architecture.Alongside practice, she remain deeply engaged with academic mentorship and research. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Jury Panelist for the Pasta Bridge Competition at MSSA, she\'s supported emerging designers, coordinated exhibitions, and fostered conversations around materiality, inclusivity, and sustainability in architectural education.In recent roles at MSA as well as during her Part 1 training, she has coordinated and delivered high-quality work within collaborative environments. Her work experience spans research and feasibility studies, tender and construction documentation, physical model-making, and advanced 3D modeling and visualization using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite and Lumion—bridging the gap between design theory and execution.Professionally, she has contributed to large-scale residential high-rises, master planning schemes, and interior projects for hospitality and corporate clients in India. Known for her strong ability to translate sketches, 3D models and images to tender and construction packages for final site execution, she excels both independently and within small teams, bringing clarity, confidence, and creativity to every project she undertakes.
