With strong emphasis on growth leading cross disciplinary high performing teams of brand experts, operations teams managing reputational risk assessment, Digital and media intelligence.As Group Executive President responsible for Corporate Communications and CSR in short span of time transformed the group’s image into one of the leading conglomerate in the world. As part of board of Directors for CSR of all group companies spearheaded a very well diversified company’s brand strategy cutting across, manufacturing, metals, cement, chemicals, finance, Retail & other solution verticals within Aditya Birla group. Am passionate about helping businesses have easy access to groups efforts and solutions such as education, healthcare, sustainable livelihoods for the underprivileged, Aditya Birla scholarships and more. About 40% of my work, a significant area of my work has been expanding the facilities the group intends to give back to the community beyond physical mediums to digital platform.Actively involved with a number of committees and industry forums of CII, IMC, FICCI and population first. I lend my expertise as a member of governing council - Sarla Birla academy and advisory board member - MIT World Peace University and PRSI.
