ABOUT PRAGATI JUNEJA

I am a seasoned and passionate HR professional who drives strategic initiatives, executes key projects, and partners effectively with business teams to deliver results. I currently work as part of the HR Operations and Transformation team at Genpact, a global professional services firm that delivers digital transformation solutions for clients across industries and geographies. I love utilizing my diverse experience across hire to retire processes, techno-functional expertise in leading ERP applications (Oracle, Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand, SuccessFactors), and project management skills to deliver results for my clients. In my current and previous roles, I have successfully led and delivered several organizational transformation projects, such as transitioning the performance management platform globally, launching a feedback mobile application, creating and executing the engagement strategy, implementing the HR chatbot, and designing strategies to improve HR operations. I am a certified Project Management Professional (from PMI) and GB certified, and I am proficient in performance management, strategic human resource planning, and employee engagement. My mission is to create a positive and productive work environment for everyone, and to empower and enable people to achieve their full potential.
