I’m a people-driven HR professional with a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Symbiosis International University. With over 3 years of HR experience across Australia and India, I bring global exposure, operational depth, and a strong focus on employee experience.My HR journey started in Sydney, where I worked as an HR Coordinator and later an HR Advisor, supporting the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with business stakeholders. After relocating to Bangalore in 2024, I continued with Chubb Fire & Security as a People Services Specialist within the ANZ Shared Services team — delivering consistent HR support across geographies and ensuring process excellence.Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to train and onboard new HR team members, which sparked my growing interest in learning and development.
