By integrating these channels, I empowered customers to use the loan limits available on their Bajaj Pay EMI Cards for more flexible payments.Bajaj Coin Integration: Developed a seamless channel for converting Bajaj Coins into cash and integrating the burn feature across multiple platforms, making it easier for customers to utilize their rewards.Wallet S2S Integration: Worked on the Wallet S2S integration for the Bajaj Pay EMI Card purchasing journey and within the Bajaj eCommerce business, simplifying payment processes and enabling smoother transactions.Cross-selling Insurance: Created a cross-selling platform for small-ticket insurance options, integrated directly within the Bajaj Pay Checkout, to offer customers relevant and easy-to-purchase insurance products at checkout.Promo Code Implementation: Led the development and launch of a dynamic promo code feature on the payment page. Collaborated with technical teams and UI/UX designers throughout the development cycle to create a user-friendly experience for customers to avail of discounts when making payments.
