Currently heading this team of 8 people to curate and publish monthly MSR relevant content. •Help manager and the team to create action plans to tackle areas of improvement based on EVS results. •Create POAs and EOD handovers and help in reallocation of cases. •Part of multiple pillars like operations, planning, engagement, and training. •Consistently exceed queue targets and metrics with exceptional quality. •Actively participate in planning, conducting and executing employee engagement activities to raise and boost morale and team spirit. •Be the change ambassador for the team by embracing business change and support peers where required. •Sharing best practices with the team.
