   Job Description- Schedule customer orders in accordance with agreed processes, collaborating with Plant Master scheduling teams and external suppliers\' Buyers- Ensure orders are scheduled within agreed Lead-times, avoiding initial scheduling inside any Lead-times- Proactively monitor supplier and delivery expectations, communicating issues to the appropriate ERP role- Work with Customer Project Manager to coordinate delivery and serve as a single point of contact for sales order issues post-submission- Monitor inventory to meet customer delivery requirements and maintain up-to-date Schedule Arrival Dates for customer orders- Assign Customer Promised Dates per agreed timelines and update Customer Requested Delivery Dates based on customer requests- Ensure on-time and complete delivery, coordinating Order Change activities between CPM, plant, and supply chain- Communicate with the project team, including customer, sales, Customer Fulfillment Centre, Business Operations Centre, and third-party partners- Monitor supplier and internal/external delivery status, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer delivery dates- Manage special handling requirements such as second-story deliveries, crane needs, preferred carriers, and customs, updating Promise dates accordingly.
