I have completed my graduation with a certificate for teaching and over 5 years of hands-on teaching experience with more than two years with IB school. I have completed my IB workshop for MYP-Sciences. It is my goal to combine my range of experience, with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who can make a positive contribution to school. Over the past 5 years, I had the wonderful opportunity to teach a diverse group of students, and as a result, I have developed highly effective teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed me to educate all styles of learners, and foster a fun, engaging and a positive learning environment. One of my greatest strength as an educator is meeting each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I am able to achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans, as per the need of the students. Furthermore, I ensure that all my students are able to grasp learning concepts and enhance their personal skills by providing learning help, hands-on manipulative and fun activities. I utilize these strategies to introduce new concepts, establish a connection between the classroom and everyday life, and to foster and engaging learning atmosphere. I strongly believe in cultivating and sustaining strong working relationships with members of the school community. I also work in partnership with fellow teachers to develop new activities, implement beneficial resources, and refine teaching techniques. I have good hand in Laboratory management and I\'m a leading member of the exmaination department.
