Scrum Ceremonies Facilitation – Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, andRetrospectives, ensuring consistent team engagement and alignment with sprint goals. Impediment Resolution & Team Empowerment – Remove impediments and foster team self-organization, resulting in improvedsprint delivery rates and enhanced team accountability. Agile Coaching & Mindset Development – Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and values, increasing Agile maturity andpromoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Backlog Management Support – Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring that theteam always worked on the most valuable items and achieved better sprint outcomes. Agile Metrics Tracking & Optimization – Monitor and improve key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, andcycle time to provide data-driven insights for sprint performance.
