Core Responsibility Areas1.MES Workflow Management & Oversight.I will manage MES workflows end to end reviewing of workflow recipe designs, monitoring of execution activities in Shop floor, supporting to testing team to approve the workflows and solving the queries to ensure smooth manufacturing for vial and infusion bag production.Analysis of exception and closing on time so that there is no delay on site for Production activity2.Workflow Performance Analysis & ReportingI analyze MES workflow reports data and exception reports to find recurring problems and improve processes to ensure accurate and reliable operations3.Advanced MES Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution I handled major production related MES system problems, coordinating with different teams to keep systems running and avoid production delays4.Cross functional Leadership & Root cause analysis Lead cross functional team meetings to fix workflow errors, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions5.IT Ticketing & Incident/ Change ManagementManage MES/IT support tickets from start to finish – logging issues, setting priorities, working with global IT teams to resolve problems and following up to make sure everything is fixed on time.6.System Optimization & Digital TransformationWork closely with production, engineering, automation team, and IT teams to improve MES functions, support system upgrades and help drive digital transformation in sterile manufacturing7.Analysis of exception and closing on time so that there is no delay on site forProduction activity
