CAE Engineer with 17+ years of experience in CAE Durability domain for UK based OEM client Jaguar and Land rover.• Hands-on experience in strength and stiffness assessment of automotive closures (side doors, bonnet, and tailgate), closure trims (Door trim and tailgate trim) and BIW to Perform linear, non-linear (material, geometrical, and contact nonlinearity), modal and frequency response for strength and stiffness CAE assessment• Successful completion of various projects in the area of strength and stiffness, Vibration & SAR Analysis and Design development for closures BIW, closure trims from scratch to final design which includes meshing, analysis, design solution, final report preparation.• Experience in squeak and rattle simulations to identify potential sources of noise in automotive systems useing E-line method.• Experience in Linear, Non-Linear Stress Analysis using ABAQUS STANDARD, Nonlinear Optistruct and Dynamic Analysis using Nastran and Quassi static analysis with LS-DYNA implicit Solver• Experience in Audio induced speaker excitation-based squeak and rattle for Automotive Closure SystemExperience in CAE solver tools ABAQUS STANDARD, OPTISTRUCT, NASTRAN, LSDYNA, EDWARE• Pre -Processor -ANSA, HYPERMESH, PRIMER• Exposure to fatigue analysis using NCODE DESIGN LIFE
