As a seasoned professional in clinical research and project management, I bring a wealth of experience in overseeing the development, management, and maintenance of study deliverables. My role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely completion of project timelines and deliverables. I lead cross-functional teams, providing the necessary training and development to drive efficiency and effectiveness. My proactive approach to risk management includes identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining a comprehensive Risk Registry. Guiding clients and internal teams on project-specific paradigms, data management standards, and operational efficiencies is a key aspect of my role. I also contribute operational input into critical study documents and ensure compliance with established policies, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements. My responsibilities extend to financial tasks such as billing, forecasting, and project scope reviews. I participate in both internal and external audits for assigned studies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Utilizing project management tools, I plan, track, and communicate project timelines and deliverables. I coordinate meetings, develop project scopes and objectives, and manage the Independent Review process to ensure the accuracy and distribution of study reports. I am committed to continuous improvement, measuring project performance using appropriate KPIs and metrics. Mentoring new team members and overseeing clinical trials to ensure compliance and timely data collection are also integral parts of my role. With a strong focus on vendor management, I ensure that external service providers meet project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. My dedication to quality assurance ensures the integrity and reliability of study data through regular checks and audits.
