Provide technical and architecture oversight for SPE’s IAM program in following key areas: Identity governance (IGA), User life cycle management, Compliance, Privileged identity, DevOps, test automation, Access management (Authentication, Authorization, and SSO), Advanced authentication / MFA Cloud IAM, Consumer IAM, and federated identity solutions - Develop strategies and frameworks for enterprise-wide migration of IT systems to public cloud. Developing strategies for legacy apps to go to modern containers and microservices based architectures- Collaborate with executives, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, change management, info sec, and business - Product owner for access management solutions - Manage all aspects of vendors, contracts, managed services teams ( RFP, procurement, product and vendor selection, budget, and time management )- Involved in daily operational management, launching new IAM projects and selection of products for projects aligning with One Sony initiative - Strategizing, delivery (agile and waterfall), and operations of key projects / programs at SPE, POCs / Pilots, leading IAM initiatives for data center migration and infrastructure optimization, disaster recovery, cloud initiatives (private, and hybrid), integration with physical security, ServiceNow, Workday, Emergency Notification System, SIEM (Splunk), and identity data hub (ODS store for identity data)- Advisor to other Sony operating companies on complex architecture setups especially on infrastructure - Currently working on following IAM areas: SailPoint IIQ, CA SiteMinder - SSO and SAML, RSA SecurID, Directories and Virtualization (OpenDJ / Radiant Logic), Privileged Identity, Okta, Azure AD / O365, system integration, physical access systems, MFA, data center and infrastructure migration to on-prem, public cloud (AWS), and private cloud (VMC), DR, BI, Data warehouse, and advanced authentication products and concepts (FIDO, Webauthn, Okta, Azure)
