Responsible for performing flow and thermal analysis along with troubleshooting the geometrical errors for a given product.• Perform Geometry cleanup on components with errors, update the geometry for flow/thermal analysis with equivalent modelling/CAD updates.• Perform VAVE jobs for cloud devices(servers and SoC design), surface devices (laptops, tablets) and smart products (Speaker) at both board level and system level simulations.• Create Improvement proposals for thermal mitigation in the devices. • Work on optimization of heatsinks, thermal layers, flow rates through sub-systems based on the preliminary analysis.• Work towards transitioning from FloTHERM XT to FloEFD, for the projects.• Perform project conversion jobs from FloTHERM to FloEFD and FloTHERM XT to FloEFD.• Utilizing in-built features like, FloXML and Floscript to reduce the repetitive tasks in FloTHERM. • Documenting the methodologies for new product development in FloEFD and FloTHERM for Cloud products.(SoC Designs and Servers)• Creating reports with analysis for the flow and thermal analysis performed on products and communicate it with team/customer.
