I am a development professional having around 18 years of rich professional progressive experience in development sectors. I have in-depth knowledge in implementing, evaluating & monitoring of all kinds rural development programs. I am good team player having strong interpersonal skills. I have worked in grassroot level with extreme deprived and marginal communities within Odisha as well outside Odisha. I am expert on the theme of Rural Livelihood Promotion/ Disaster Management Program/ Skill Development/ Sustainable Agriculture/ Women Empowerment/ Tribal Empowerment Programs etc. I have the key skills on report writing, project proposal development, documentation/ case studies development, team orientation/ team mentoring/ conflict resolution/ organization development plan.    Preparation & updation of Village, Gram Panchayat, Block and District level disaster management plans • On annual basis prepare thematic base plans like – city disaster management plan, district cyclone management plan, heat wave action plan & landslide management plan of district • In regular interval apprise Collector & DM of district regarding project progress and improvement as well major concern pertain to project • Coordination with Media people & CSO/ NGO for establishing rapport to gain the project support • Monitoring and supervision all field functionaries with regard to project implementation • Facilitate training program, seminars & workshop on disaster issues • Coordinate with NDMA & SDMA with regard to project progress • Prepare good quality of case studies and document of project as per the instruction of NDMA & SDMA • Support the technical team for disaster base GIS Map preparation in district • Working intensively on proper implementation of SENDAI Framework ( 20••••23 ) and SDG ( Sustainable Development Goals ) in district • Coordination with all line departments with regard to preparation of plans and programs in district and block level • Ensure timely monitoring of ongoing programs • Apprise and take the confidence of District Magistrate & Additional District Magistrate on project progress • Prepare quarterly project reports and case studies for OSDMA ( Odisha State Disaster Management Authority ) & NDMA ( National Disaster Management Authority ) • Organize capacity development training program for the officers, staffs and key volunteers as per the plan • Plan for convergence • Linkage with local CBO/ SHG/ Cooperatives on various issues • Simplification of the communication system & IEC materials in the project areas • Coordination with PRI Members political representatives on regular basis • Handling Social Media ( Facebook,Twitter, Instagram ) for lager dissemination of events and activities with e-learning groups
