I got into sales chasing 1 question: what makes some people so naturally convincing? 12years later, that pursuit has taken me places I did not expect. From closing USD 500K+ in IT SaaS products, to building a retail business scaled to Rs.50L+ with 60% repeat customers, and a genuine belief that people do business with those they trust, not just those they like. I have sat on both sides of the table. As someone selling, and as a business owner managing vendors, cash flow and a team with limited runway. That changed how I operated. I stopped pitching and started listening. Today I work with Addon Skills helping project professionals take the step toward PMP certification. Work I genuinely enjoy.
