ABOUT PRADNYA DEHADRAY
I started in data science and went to Cambridge for my MBA because I wanted to move from \"executing\" to \"strategising\". I like work that challenges how I think, not just what I do.To me, AI strategy is just a large-scale logic puzzle. At Amazon, that puzzle involves multimodal LLMs and RLHF alignment. At Bayer, it was about designing co-pilot frameworks that actually made sense for the employees. I enjoy moving between the abstract (strategy) and the hands-on (technical evaluation) to see a problem through to the end.I’m looking to connect with teams that value curiosity over just \"output\". I’m also a big advocate for animal welfare—it’s a reset I’d like to see happen in the world, and I’m always looking for ways to contribute to that shift.
