Role: Oracle Architect Responsibilities: • Leading Architecture, Cloud to On-Prem connectivity, design, Development, and implementation of GXO’s Oracle cloud P2P implementation project which is Phase-1 of multi-phase approach to Oracle cloud. • Laying out current and future architecture diagrams of enterprise and financial systems including On-Prem and cloud systems with respect to Oracle P2P cloud project. • Leading discussions, POC’s and tool selection for enterprise data-warehouse document and historical data archiving process and for Oracle Cloud to MS SQL Server based Corp Datawarehouse data integration. • Implementing modern cloud-based DevOps tools like VB Studio. • Prepared Integration design documents and Integration plan for week-by-week precise delivery of the 26 integrations to deliver within tight timelines of 10 weeks including Dev + QA. • Reviewing project milestones and major deliverables timelines with project manager and IT leadership. • Laying out integration plan, design, and Dev approach between EBS to Lucernex (Lx - Lease administrator) integrations, deciding strategy among Web Services/API based integrations or conventional file based. • Identifying key improvement areas with business as received as intake requests in Jira, prioritizing issues, assigning to Dev team and self for successful sprint delivery. • Re-designed and performance tuned poor performing AP Invoice integrations. • Enhanced existing screens for new functionalities in Oracle Apex for SuccessFactors to EBS integrations. • Designed and developed business critical extensions, reports and concurrent programs in EBS. • Re-designing SysFreight to EBS integrations which included Customers, AR transactions and AP Invoices interfaces for APAC OUs. • Mentoring the team to be cloud ready as GXO prepare for its multi-phase Oracle Cloud ERP journey.
