I am presently working as DGM - Loyalty Payment Solutions at the Head Office of Retail SBU of HPCL (a Maharatna Petroleum Marketing Public Sector Undertaking), heading the all India portfolio of \'Loyalty and Payment Solutions\' of Retail SBU. In this profile, got recognized as \"HP Icon\" and won the most coveted \"HP Icon Award\" in 2023. Was selected for HP Nava and ASCI Leadership Development Programs of the organization and completed both successfully.Earlier, I was working as Chief Manager - Real Estate & Analytics at its Eastern Zonal Office handling retail sales, real estate, industry coordination and analytics activities for the Zone. Previously worked in the same portfolio as a Sr. Manager and Manager. Received couple of appreciations from then Zonal Heads and many appreciations from seniors for my contributions and initiatives. Stood first in the Executive Program in Data Analytics by IIM Amritsar. Prior to that assignment, I worked as Deputy Manager - Loyalty Cards at its Marketing Head Quarters Office, handling product management activities for fleet card and retail card of Retail SBU. Won All-India Annual \"Outstanding Achievement Awards\" once and \"You Have Done Well\" Award once for the performances delivered. Before above, I was a member of its corporate retail non-fuel business team for couple of years. Before the above, I was a member of its Mumbai Retail Region team, looking after non-fuel business and sales promotions. Won All-India Annual \"Outstanding Achievement Awards\" twice, back-to back, for the performances and initiatives. One of these two awards came immediately after joining HPCL.
