After Passing Btech in Textile Engineering from CET, Bhubaneswar; I started my corporate career at Arvind as a GET(Graduate Engineer Trainee). There I handled spare part and contract labour Management part as Material Manager. I got exposed to negotiation, Contract Management, Auctioning, ABC-Analysis and many more concepts and Management tools. Then I joined XIMB pursued MBA-Rural Management. I got exposure to Rural Development, microfinance, strategy, rural marketing and many other rural management subjects. I gathered Interest in Exploring more in Rural Marketing (specially in Marketing communication and Digital marketing). Post MBA; I restarted my corporate journey at ESAF small finance Bank as a MT (Management Trainee). I was handing (IIBF certified Digital Banker) Neo-Banking, AI ChatBot, BNPL, MB, RIB, CIB under Digital Banking Product team.Handled IT Project management handled IT Automation & migration projects like HRMS & IVR Migration, SMS/Email, CRM, Insurance & GL automation project. And handles Vendor Management in different automation projects. Currently I am preparing for JAIIB, CFA & Different NISM certification, ECBA Certification by IIBA, Risk management. I want to grow in Rural Banking, Neo Banking, Fintech, NBFC/MFI, mutual fund and Investment Banking space.
