I prepared and executed all outsourcing proposals,scope of work, schedule, cost estimates.• Formulation of budget: I interacted with centralised production planning and control department and prepare yearly and monthly budget based on yearly trends, inflation, expected market condition.• Customer Care: I interacted with customers both internal and external to resolve their problems, facilitate their needs and requirements.Customer satisfaction index increased by 15% during my tenure of In-charge production at Section Mill.
