I have completed IT project delivery management assignments for FOUR major UK/EU Wide Clients\\\\n\\\\nBoots - Engaged as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager, I led an Agile team to iteratively develop the \"single view of customer\" project as part of the Digital Pharmacy Programme. I mitigated the impact of COVD-19 lockdown by seamlessly transitioning the team to continue remote delivery with minimal impact on team velocity. I achieved recognition for Customer focus, for successfully deploying a complex product release, encompassing 1 years’ worth of stacked-up development, with no major issues.\\\\n\\\\nAnglian Water - Engaged on a large, inflight programme to develop a bespoke “Driver Job Scheduling and Journey Management” application, integrated with a commercial application that hosted digital tablet devices operated by 300 drivers within the Recycling Department. I collaborated with the Programme Director to complete a deep dive re-assessment of the overall programme. I succeeded in delivering a comprehensive road map of the revised delivery plan spanning 3 partnership organizations and a 3rd party vendor and secured budget approved by the Programme Board.\\\\n\\\\nRoyal London - Engaged on two projects within the Legacy Insurance portfolio that was undergoing a major transformational change to meet the increased demand for migration projects.\\\\n• Led a 3-month Agile Tooling project to deliver a customised implementation, training and roll-out of Microsoft Azure Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Source Code Migration tool\\\\n• Concurrently led the project re-assessment, re-planning of an off-track Migration project, whilst maintaining focus on team delivery with effective risk management and addressing key resource gaps\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
