Throughout my 13-year journey in the field of drug development, I have always been driven by the philosophy of \",\". I began my career in, and soon rose through the ranks to take on increasingly challenging roles and responsibilities. One of my crowning achievements was leading a key malaria portfolio and a matured infectious diseases portfolio as a, with a yearly budget of approximately $10 million. I skillfully navigated the complex and challenging landscape of clinical trials, delivering results that exceeded expectations, utilizing my expertise in project management, resource management, and vendor management. As my career progressed, I became increasingly drawn to the transformative power of advanced technologies and data analytics in the field of drug development. I seized the opportunity to apply these cutting-edge tools to my work and soon found myself leading resource management for Trial Monitoring line function. By leveraging data analytics and visualization, I was able to provide high quality insights which improved resource utilization, algorithm accuracy and improved transparency through a dashboard and a global Resource Management tool. My passion for process improvement led me to become a certified practitioner and I have since led numerous continuous improvement and cross-functional projects, resulting in successful incident resolution by identifying and solving process deficiencies, reducing occurrences and resolution time by 50%.
