Convert PM roadmap into clear, testable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge cases. Maintain backlog prioritization aligned with business objectives and sprint capacity. Ensure all stories meet “Ready for Development” standards by defining process flows, testable conditions, and functional scenarios. Act as the primary requirement-clarity owner during planning, refinement, and daily development cycles. Unblock developers & QA with timely clarifications, workflow diagrams, and updated acceptance rules. Collaborate with the Scrum Master to improve sprint readiness and eliminate ambiguity early. Conduct internal demos and walkthroughs for incremental releases. Coordinate and support customer-facing UAT, capturing feedback and converting it into structured backlog items. Validate features against acceptance criteria before release and ensure smooth UAT closure. Create release notes, SOPs, user guides, and internal documentation. Maintain full traceability from business requirements → stories → test coverage → UAT outcomes. Analyze usage behavior, adoption patterns, defects, and workflow gaps to identify improvements.
