A tech enthusiast, Pradeep Kumar is a Director of Product Management at Sprinklr, the world\'s leading Customer Experience Management platform. An entrepreneurial and data-driven product leader with 6+ years of experience, he thrives in fast-paced environments, excelling in cross-functional collaboration and taking full ownership to drive strategic initiatives. At Sprinklr, Pradeep leads the development and launch of Sprinklr\'s new Customer Feedback Management product that enables businesses to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback across multiple touchpoints. He is passionate about delivering innovative, customer-centric features that solve complex business challenges while driving value realization through increased product adoption and upsell opportunities in collaboration with million-dollar customers. With a continuous drive to learn and grow, he is always eager to take on new challenges in dynamic settings. Pradeep completed the Post Graduate Programme at IIM-Bangalore, where he was recognized with the prestigious Director Merit List Award—an honor given to only the top 20 meritorious students for outstanding academic performance. Before pursuing his MBA, he worked as a Validation Design Engineer at Western Digital for two years. With deep domain expertise in the semiconductor industry, he led several innovative projects for large B2B clients. His high innovation quotient is reflected in a trade secret and an international publication to his name. Pradeep holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Trichy. As one of 200 DAAD scholars selected from India, he gained valuable international exposure through an internship in Germany. Beyond his professional endeavors, Pradeep is an ardent photography enthusiast who enjoys exploring serene destinations. Hailing from the nature-abundant city of Coimbatore, he is an expert ornithologist and a dedicated nature lover.
