Key roles as Forecasting Analyst:• Responsible for optional feature level forecasting for VW alliance model car and ensuring forecasted materials are available during the time of production and keep the manufacturing plant running with no excess stock and with optimum inventory level• Coordinate with cross functional team to rectify the issue and ensure the forecasted infeasible percentage is less than 5% and monitor the accuracy of the material release to supplier. • Responsible for providing BKM and & MG forecast for future part planning purpose and ensure the part supportability of the sudden sales requirement.
