With over 24 years of work experience, I am a seasoned tax and regulatory services partner at BDO India LLP, one of the leading professional services firms in the country. I specialize in direct tax, international tax, and transfer pricing, and have a strong legal background with a bachelor of laws degree. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and value-added solutions to my clients, and fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. I also enjoy mentoring and developing the next generation of tax professionals, and contributing to the growth and innovation of the firm. As a partner at BDO India LLP since November 2010, I have led and managed several complex and challenging tax and regulatory projects for a diverse portfolio of domestic and multinational clients across various sectors and industries. I have advised and assisted them on various aspects of tax compliance, planning, litigation, and restructuring, as well as transfer pricing policies, documentation, and audits. I have also leveraged my legal expertise and network to represent and defend them in various tax authorities and tribunals.
