Yr 2004\' Pradeep Before his HR career worked in advertising agencies that gave him a strong foundation in designing, marketing, copy writing and branding that helps in recruitment marketing & Talent Acquisition. In 2007 - Pradeep has headed campus relations with \'Technical & Research\' Institutes in India. He has overall hired and on-boarded close to 5500+ technical resources in CSS for CTAS Div. at an optimized cost per hire, consistently delivering close to 70% conversion YoY. In 2010 - Pradeep was rewarded \'Best Hunter\' for closing VP Sales positions in US and UK remotely through effective usage of LinkedIn at CSS(that is now called Movate). In 2011 Pradeep has headed the strategic hiring division for RR Donnelley closing some key positions for them & also heading their campus venture.\'2017 - iOPEX Firewall project TRANSITION - Pradeep Carried out Key HR transitions for top customers ensuring on-time hiring, training and Go-live of premier projects including retaining top talent thus growing business. This includes transition to kick start a firewall based project for iOPEX Bangalore (The customer is the no:1 firewall device in the world) he had earlier replicated similar success for iOPEX Manila. Pradeep in 20••••20 played a pivotal role in setting up Corporate Communications for iOPEX India, He singlehandedly Revived the iOPEX Induction process. Led a team to successfully set up Social Network channels to take the “iOPEX happy culture” message to a larger audience achieving over 2 million+ reach (organically). shooting exciting videos, Executing Print & digital ads for iOPEX & more. One of Pradeep’s Key achievement in Corp Comm was setting up the design cum tech backbone thus end to end execution of iOPEX’s \'Interactive\' intranet portal in the Liferay platform. and had the opportunity and achieved to script, shoot and edit till golive of iOPEX\'s CEO Corporate video that is in youtube today. 2022\' Pradeep now successfully heads HR, Shared Services & Corporate Communications for a top Data Science, Operations Research & Analytical firm named ORMAE.
