   Working with the collections team to orchestrate the negative PayPal wallet balance recovery. Responsibilities including but not limited to- Development of batch services which will read millions of delinquent account details everyday and evaluate the treatments such as notifications, dialling by integrating with the rules- Development of the respective modules for evaluating the applicable treatment for a given day, and modules for executing the corresponding treatments by invoking the downstream- Development of batch service to check the write off eligible accounts everyday and perform the write off of loans, restricting the account and lock if required- Development of case creation module to assist the customer support people to file bankruptcy cases seamlessly and track the lifecycle of the case on a given and the dependent accounts- Providing on-call assistance to the customer support team with the technical clarifications and working on the bug fixes if required. This includes proactive monitoring of the system, attentive of the alerts and working on the remedy on a timely manner such that the dialling for the corresponding day is not impacted.
