I am a Computer Engineering Technology graduate with a strong foundation in electronics, hardware systems, and IT troubleshooting. Currently working as a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix, I assist customers in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across devices such as smartphones and computers, while delivering a high level of customer service through clear communication and problem-solving. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Electronics Technician at Dinico Global, where I gained hands-on experience in circuit assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems. Combined with my background in computer support, I am passionate about technology and continuously expanding my skills in IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting.Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills and a deep curiosity for how systems function — from microcontrollers and embedded systems to full-scale network solutions.
