New Product DevelopmentQMS- IATF16949 and ISO14001• Define & implement new product critical requirements in process layouts by designing PFD (Process Flow Diagram), FMEA, Control plan, inspection standards and machine work instructions documents for mass production.• Develop production procedures, machine work instructions, recording formats and inspection reports as per IATF16949 & ISO14001 standards requirements. • Prepare a record of past customer complaints and old product development failures and use them as lessons learnt to evaluate the new product estimation.Do feasibility design analysis in the Spring Design software with the spring designer to determine the feasibility of producing the product in the plant.
