   Presently working as, a Technical Lead in providing AV consultancy, designing and solution support for Wipro in-house infrastructure and Wipro’s global customers. Working for Internal Customers and Wipro Infrastructure team WRT audio visual designing & Video solution support. We are working on the upcoming infrastructures across Wipro and refreshing the existing AV solutions with the present technology trends to meet the present collaboration standards. Prior to this role was working in Shell upstream assets worldwide on a global Collaborative Work Environment (CWE) program and involved in complete design and implementation of the proposed the Collaborative solution which can enhance their production using collaboration techniques. With these deployments we could able to bring together process, people and technology elements, to ultimately increase oil and gas production and production efficiency. Develop & Standardize room designs which cater to different end user’s needs and application.Complete Maintenance of Video Infrastructure and support client’s WRT the day to day operation with the help of dedicated support team at the respective location. Providing Technical assistance /support to the team members within Wipro WRT video and AV implementation. Complete Deployment and Maintenance of Video infrastructure Complete solution designing of collaboration workplace across the globe. Complete AV planning on the new and existing infrastructure to maintain the present and upcoming standards to meet the collaboration needs. Co-ordination with the concern team for the effective and reliable usage of the space. Working include HL solution budgetary, site assessment and support to internal & customer’s queries.Actively involved and supported the pre-sales team during the RFP review and submission. Actively involved and supported in preparing the support documents Actively involved in standardizing and streamlining the video infrastructure for better support.
