Preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IndAS. Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and to comply with statutory requirements. Coordinate and lead external audits, ensuring timely completion and addressing audit findings for improved internal processes. Review of Trial balance and finalization of GL balances Review of Capital Work in Progress and related capitalization Monthly preparation and reconciliation of related party transaction Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders wherever required Ensuring compliance to direct & indirect taxation of the entity Ensuring transfer pricing compliance for transaction with group entities Advise on GST and TDS related queriesReview and advise on major commercial contract with Vendors for TAX OPTIMISATION Review commercial / compliance aspects of contracts.• Monitor the design and implementation of commercial policies, procedures and standards• Ensure appropriate planning & effective functioning of department through appropriate monitoring and control• Process validation of annual & one-time rate contracts for Services, Past price data analysis, Comparative quotes analysis, etc.• Review taxation aspects (GST, TDS, TCS etc), cost structure analysis of Internal Cost Estimate (with respect to labour, material & overheads) • Initiated implementation of commercial concurrence process across RIL leading to huge cost savings• Data upload in SAP to ensure MSMED compliance• SOP on PF & other compliances and monitoring through compliance portal.• Exercised project controls & complete capitalization
