   Spearheading a team of 55 personnel managing Property & Causality, Liability, Energy, E&O, D&O, CRS & PI on a Full & Support Basis- Developing Performance management tool to manage performance, productivity & Utilization- Planning training requirement & development plan using ILUO Metric (twice a year)- Worked on a project in deriving AHT’s required for claims process - Developing Business Balance Score Card for the team for fairness in performance- Piloting ECS claims team in claims which now manages 80% of team volumes with 98% targets & error rates of less than 1%- Charting out the Overtime hrs and providing the analysis of extra hours required by the entire claims community- Working on seating requirements for the department & operating at optimum desk utilization (1.8)- Managing performance appraisal annually and conducting Interviews- Handling capacity planning through identifying the number of Full Time Employees required for the project- Drafting weekly/monthly reports detailing workflow, volume, resource utilized nature of queries and errors.
