Undertake end to end responsibility for the complete testing life cycle using Agile Methodologies and Scrum Framework. Conduct detailed requirement analysis to understand clients business and functional requirements for new projects and project enhancements. Deftly manage conflicts and ambiguities in requirements before finalizing testing strategy. Prepare, review and approve testing templates, schedules, plans, coverage and reports. Conduct rigorous functional, regression, usability, smoke, E2E, system and UAT testing to ensure bug free applications are released to clients. Ensure prompt and accurate resolution to all bugs reported by developers. Maintain defect management system in a defect management tool. Periodically, I also conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with defined processes and guidelines. Analyze and share testing reports with PMT to enable decision making. Gained sound exposure to Head end setup, Edgeware VOD server setup and nPVR setup while managing deployment of STBs and E2E test environment. Adept at verifying communication protocols between servers and STBs by analyzing client and wireshark logs. Coach and mentor team to enhance their technical skills while ensuring optimal utilization of available resources. Define clear communication protocols within the team to enhance operational efficiency.
