Seasoned hospitality professional with over 20+ years of experience in the industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Area Food & Beverage Leader at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). Obtained B.Sc degree in Hospitality Administration & Management from IHM Ahmedabad.Highly skilled and well versed with all aspects of hotel operations especially large scale food & beverage events, restaurants operations and rooms divison.In my current role, I lead the hotel team at Holiday Inn Amristar a 145 key property with three F&B outlets and over 10,500 sq.ft of event space. As an area food & beverage champion I also oversee the development and execution of F&B strategies including sales, marketing and cost efficiency and review overall performance of 10 IHG hotels in India including Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands, supporting them to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, maximizing revenue and profitability, enhancing team engagement, and managing stakeholder relationships.
