I focused on metrics-driven operations, maintaining strict adherence to SLAs, while driving customer-facing transparency through executive-level RCA communication during high-impact events.Our team developed simulation-based guardrails and integrated controller-driven fast reroute mechanisms to enable sub-second failovers—supporting zero-downtime deployments and minimizing blast radius across thousands of global changes.
