At DHL, currently I am managing the PAN India Transport Control tower apart from CFA operations and Customer Service team. I am also managing the All India billing team for the projects handled by DHL. I am also managing the 3rd party Customer Service Centre having Order to Cash Cycle, which involves the processing of Sales orders till the Account receivables for a major Pharma company.I had over 70 people reporting to me from different streams i.e. Order Management, Inventory Management, Finance and Customer service. I also oversee the CFA (carry and forwarding agents) operations. I manage over 12 CFA locations PAN India. I report to the Head Operations.I have vast experience in handling of Imports & Customs related matters and liaising with the Clearing House Agents (CHA).I have vast experience in Office Administration, Manpower calculation & hiring.
