Pradeep is a proven technology leader with over 14 YOE - building, managing & scaling teams for innovation, success. A serial entrepreneur, an early innovator in tech industry with products in Consumer & B2B space. Pradeep\'s tryst with startups stems from early days at IITB. Whilst most choose the corporate path, Pradeep started working with startups such as Vakow, PagalGuy, Qureka building websites, web applications for artists(Entertainment Engineers) & businesses. In 2011, launched a startup in education industry to get a taste of the infamous Chicken-Egg Problem and shut it.After graduating with a dual degree in Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science Engineering in 2012, Pradeep joined futurebazaar, a phone commerce startup of IITB Alumni acquired by future group to compete against likes of Flipkart. Due to the losses at the group level, futurebazaar got shut leading to inception of multiple startups tinyowl, toppr, superk, chalo.Pradeep started working on today, tomorrow) in 2013 to automate dining experiences - taking orders from mobile, processing via cloud POS. Sold the product to several restaurateurs in Hyderabad. The CAC was too high to scale further hence moved on to build Bestinhere - social travel networking platform in 2016. Early feedback from users transitioning from 2G to 3G was not positive. Being an early innovator taught invaluable lessons.In 2017, Pradeep worked with Expontential Machines where he built & transformed the engineering team to successfully deliver a technology platform for BFSI sector covering use cases of Claim Processing, Invoice Reconciliation, Medical Encoding.In 2019, Pradeep tried to launch a next generation cab sharing solution called Nexi. Covid stalled the operations. Pradeep started building a platform for tax returns prepares in India which continues to grow & earn revenue.In 2023, joined ORMAE as Head of Engineering and been helping solve complex problems in Supply Chain space. Successfully scaled the team to 30+ members while providing business value of $400mn in savings catering to a market capital of $20BN dollars in enterprise planning.Pradeep realised a market gap for a B2B2C Decision Intelligence Platform.Apart from tech, Pradeep has been a top performer in Rifle Shooting at NCC in school days, professional table tennis player captaining regional team. Creative juggernaut who can edit movies, does choreography, organises events, loves cooking and travel. Complex problems related to Campaign Optimization, Safety Stock, Risk Simulation, Inventory Allotment, Allocation Simulation are solved using the platform. We process billions of simulated data points to optimize on Cost, Revenue, Profits, Orders, Inventory etc. and provide intuitive insights, analysis- Scaled the engineering team from 6 to 20.
