Monitors and Trouble Shoots VSD’s (Baker Hughes, Summit, Schlumberger, GE Vector, Triol) equipment with minimum downtime. Attend Field development meetings with client as Halliburton representative and make suggestions as to how to improve production, lower trips and improve ESP performance. Pre-Commission the VSDs, set up the correct transformer tap setting and make no load test and confirm all the controls are active. Analyze downloaded data and diagnoses problems with the wells if any and report finding / observations / recommendation to KOC team. Prepare and complete all the documentation like commissioning report, data-monitoring sheet for commissioning, field service report etc. within specified time. Perform all the jobs safely in accordance with Halliburton and Client HSE policies and standards.
