Spearheading Project Pragati in Chhattisgarh, a flagship initiative to re-engage adolescent girls and young women (15–29) from NEET backgrounds through open schooling, skill education, and community-based learning models.My role involves working at the intersection of policy, people, and practice — designing scalable strategies, building partnerships across government departments (SCERT, CGSOS, WCD, Labour, Tribal Welfare), and shaping a sustainable ecosystem for second-chance education.Key contributions include: • Leading a collaborative landscape study with IIM Raipur to understand NEET patterns and design interventions • Navigating multi-departmental governance systems to establish field implementation protocols • Anchoring community mobilization strategies by blending data insights with cultural understandingThis work combines my passion for systems thinking and human-centered design, aiming to shift how public systems respond to out-of-school populations.
