Duties Representing SHELL Over Turnaround Management Execution Services (TMES) Contractors, Turnaround work covers Mechanical, Equipment, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, Telecommunication as well as Rotating Equipment Services. Field Verification of Contractor Field Change Orders(FCO’s) and Discovery Work (DWR’s) Quantities and Man-hours as well as Daily Field Observation of Contractor delays and Capturing all such delays, work progress monitoring and feeding in to SHELL Database. Engaged in estimating, star rates production, maintaining/amendments to schedule of prices, benchmarking and forecasting. Reduce valuation turnaround days and driving cost savings. Reasonable level of commercial and contractual awareness, in particular with EPCM or EPC contract delivery models. General understanding and awareness of legislative obligations relating to contracts administration and management. To ensure that the work orders are verified as per the terms of the Supplier contractual agreements. To manage a team of quantity surveyors. To ensure supplier disputes are resolved expeditiously. Provide the Project Managers & Teams with accurate QS reports incorporating early warning, forecast completions, and trend analyses. Supporting to Commercial Team, Contract Team with Contacting variety of Overall MTA Quantities Exercises against Contractor Submitted Proposed Quantities with Actual Quantities with Manpower, Equipment etc deployment plan and Overall Scaffolding quantities. Overall Combined Savings for the Commercial Team through FCO’s and DWR Quantities and Man-hour Verifications alone of Over 10Million USD.
