I am a biotechnology professional with over a decade of scientific research experience, excelling in translating complex scientific concepts to meet client needs and ensuring successful project outcomes. My expertise lies in fostering long-term partnerships and driving client satisfaction. As a key member of the product development team, I am driven by a passion for empowering scientists to make groundbreaking discoveries through advanced science and technology.As R&D leader, I am focused on developing on novel antibody based product to characterize nanoparticles.As the leader of the customer success team for the EMEA region, I have effectively managed key accounts, driving both retention and growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. My efforts have resulted in significant increases in NPS. I have collaborated closely with academic and pharmaceutical clients to achieve the successful delivery of complex projects in fields such as single molecule imaging, nanoparticle and antibody characterization, immunology, cancer biology, and cell-based assays. Notable projects include tissue imaging, smFRET, and live cell imaging.With a Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Biophysics and Postdoctoral from University of Oxford, I bring extensive experience in in-vitro, antibody and cell-based assays, calcium signaling in immune response, intracellular transport and metabolism with multiple publications in leading scientific journals.My core competencies include leadership, communication, customer success, and research aptitude.
