   Responding Pricing and Requirement Mails : Respond mail from sales person for there product requirements Vendor Quotes : After get the requirement mail have to check the product where it is available in market get quote from minimum 2 vendors with stock availability and delivery timeline. Final Price negotiation and Purchase Order Preparation : Check with the vendor once again the stock availability with delivery timeline then make a comparison with 3 vendors quotes then choose the vendor preparing purchase order for them and send the same to their mail ID. Material and Delivery Follow up with vendors : After send Po follow up with the vendors for the materials and organize the materials from vendor place to our company. Delivery initiation to the customer place : After materials received then check the materials then organize the materials delivery to the customer place if it will around 30 to 40 Kilometers inform to the delivery person or book porter send material to the customer place with the materials. DC Preparation Eway bill raising : DC and Eway bill for the material delivery to the customer location for Saleable, Stand by, Demo and Rental. Filling the documents : Filling the Invoice, DC and Vendor bills and maintain also scan the documents for future purpose. Follow up the installation work and installation invoice : Check with the sales person or engineer about the installation work completion then follow up with them. Then raise invoice for the same. Vendor Relationship and Evaluation : Searching for new vendors make has a regular vendor meeting with the vendors in week or month wise and evaluate vendor with their previous supplies bank statement and their branches. Store Room and Stock maintenance : Have to check and validate the stock and asset inward and outward handling materials if it saleable, assets. Stock and Asset Maintenance : Validate the asset and stock list in excel and validate the same in 3 months once.
