About Pradeep Kumar
Pradeep has around 25+ years of experience in designing and building solutions in SCM, SAP and Analytics across varied industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Dairy & Food, Consumer, and Entertainment. He is a strong techno-functional solution architect, project manager with deep hands on expertise on business process and technology, who can independently conceptualize and implement the right cost effective and sustainable solution addressing highly complex business problems, especially in Supply Chain area. In his current role he led a large SCM Transformation program from Tech side and implemented demand track (DP, DRP) for multiple global markets and Supply Track (Batch Sizing, MRP, RCCP) for multiple plants. He is the key solution architect who was instrumental in defining end to end planning process and the technical solution.Prior to his current role, he was Global SAP SPP and ABAP Product Owner in Neovia Logistics – Bangalore, where he was responsible for implementations/support projects, capability/team building, innovation/continuous improvement and overall delivery/customer satisfaction in SAP SPP and ABAP. He led two Global SPP implementations and completed the program in a cost effective way within time and budget.Prior to Neovia he was SAP SCM Capability lead in HP GlobalSoft. He has successfully led varied SAP implementation projects such as SAP- APO (SPP, DP, SNP, PPDS, and TPVS), SAP-BI, SAP- ECC Integration with external systems. Pradeep was part of business transformation projects in supply chain and Quality areas. He has identified and worked on several automation, reusable frameworks and productivity enhancement opportunities.
