He has consistently driven revenue growth through impactful go-to-market strategies, successful new product launches, and by building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.Throughout his career, Pradeep has held pivotal roles at industry leaders including Microchip Technology, Infineon Technologies, Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices), and Arrow Electronics.He holds an MBA in Product Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership (CMR University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
