Design and development of Tableau dashboards for Business of IT and generating and scheduling reports for the legal and paralegal staff in the firm. • The Business of IT suite of dashboards consists of a Top-level dashboard that gives a snap shot of all the various KPI’s followed by layer 2 dashboards that’s provide a visual of the particular department which is followed by a layer 3 dashboards that presents an even granular picture of the various sub departments / items or the KPI’s. The three main departments under the BoIT suite of dashboards are the Enterprise, Service desk and Security, Training and Compliance dashboards. • Used tools like Figma, Microsoft power point and publisher to design the template / background graphics.• Started the migration of the dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.• On the reporting side for the legal / paralegal team, all the case related information is stored on connect portal. Generate reports basing on the information stored in connect using business objects and crystal reports. • Making changes to the stored procedures, and changes to the existing functions. Creating new functions depending on existing functions basing on the user requirements. • Convert Business objects ( Boxi) reports from UNV to UNX version.
