Job Profile: • Develop AACEI Class V, Class IV, Class & Class II Cost estimation by using ACCE software tool• Estimate the Money of the Day cost of the project.• Develop the Cost estimate plan• Mentor the stackholders about the plan, methodology and tool requirement• Apply corporate methodology and tool such as ACCE for cost estimate• Develop the location factor by factoring method• Develop Direct labor productivity, wage rates, engineering cost & owners cost• Analysis Risk & Contingency using Predefine guidelines, Parametric modelling & range estimating• Participate in Constructability review• Benchmark the estimate with IPA• Support project team for management review• Prepare cost estimate basis• Review, Validate & Document cost estimate• Provide support to Europe, Asia & International project for cost estimation & phase gate approval as Lead. • Support North America Cost estimation team for the US ProjectsProject Experience: • Estimate prepared for company’s licensing products• Estimation done for greenfield Catalyst, HDPE lines, Gas Phase reactor & PP Compounding line projects• Estimation done for add on facilities such as PP lines, extension existing facility• Worked various North America, Europe & Asian project• Project ranges from ($30MM to $360MM)
